SUFFERING FROM HAIR BREAKAGE! TIPS AND TRICKS TO FIX A DAMAGED HAIR.

Hair breakage can be annoying and frustrating, especially when you want to see a significant growth for years of your hard work on your hair unfortunately

it seems it isn't paying off ,but rather your hair keeps breaking. Here are some Simple tricks to get your relaxed  hair bouncing back and full of life.
Hair is one of a ladies precious gift from our creator,we have different types of hair, that includes colours and  textures .

To be honest black hair is one of the  very difficult  hairs to  maintain, especially because it is very tough, looks more like hard Sponge . It  really needs devotion to get it going .I have seen people  transitioning from Virgin hair,  to either stretched or relaxed hair. To me it doesn't matter, do what makes you feel good and comfortable. some people because of the stress to maintain their relaxed hair, they decide to cut their hair down to our famous Anita baker style or the simple Jerry curl, Nice style uh!.
Relaxed hair isn't such a big deal to maintain,The only thing you  need is time and the right products that suits your  hair need.

I remember two years ago. I felt my hair wasn't doing OK,constantly shredding I was like hmm! This can't be happening,am a lover of long hair, what do I do. Then i began to research for products that contains  mostly organic contents and less chemical. I took  time out for my hair trying different products. Today am happy about the out come.

HERE ARE THE  SIMPLE  BUT EFFECTIVE WAYS  TO MANAGE A  DAMAGED RETOUCHED/RELAXED HAIR.

TRIM TIP : Trim off  the overly relaxed part of your hair, usually called the tip.

RELAX LESS: relaxing of hair makes it very easy for us in terms of styles we want to wear . You can relax roll and you are off to work, but the bad thing is that relaxing often kills your hair follicles, makes it difficult to grow due to the high chemical content contained in the relaxer so,  For you to achieve this you have to relax at least twice or three times a Year. To tell you the truth I do only twice a year, and the results have been amazing.
Straighteners: Avoid the use of straighteners, yes it makes your hair look really sleek, but equally damages the hair really fast, especially when so much hair oil is applied to achieve the desired result,in the end your hair looses it's weight and strength,it becomes weak in some cases change from its usual colour. Talking from experience .

GIVE THE HAIR TIME TO BREATH AFTER RELAXING: don't go straight to either fix or box bread ,you have to at least wait for a week  for the hair root to be firm again, due to the chemical content of relaxer and to equally give it a second  wash off , I know you will ask why? Because as you have just relaxed the hair just went through a chemical process,so let the scalp rest a bit.

EVERY WASH DAY, SHOULD BE YOUR STEAMING DAY: Steaming is a very good way to restore damaged hair. Steaming your hair is very important,it helps the hair to regain its fullness and and thickness making it come bounce back to life. Yes ! Living things grow like wise our hair.

STEAMING MATERIALS

  • Hair mayonnaise
  • Honey
  • Egg yolks
  • Aloe Vera.

Always treat your hair after relaxing by applying some rich hair moisturizer,if possible get hair moisturizer which contains  herbs, they are known for hair growth and should be applied mostly at the scalp. ,all those creams help to nourish and nurture the growth of your hair.
Finally always wear a protective hair style that wouldn't stress your hair, love and pamper your hair .

"I've had long hair,I've had short hair,I've had inbetween hair ,and it feels soo good".
