Watermelon is a light green white oval shaped fruit , but when cut into half's, it is  red in color with beautifully arranged black seed. well,those who are not familiar with this fruit can
get a vivid imagination on how the fruit looks, it is indeed a  great fruit. It is unbelievably juicy and has loads of vitamins and other minerals . All though Watermelons are mostly water of about 92% , but this refreshing fruit is  heavily soaked with nutrients. Each juicy bite has significant levels of vitamins A, B6 and C, lots of lycopene, antioxidants and amino acids. There's even a modest amount of potassium.

Watermelons have become synonymous with summer and picnics, and for good reason. Their refreshing quality and sweet taste help to combat the heat and also provide a guilt-free, low maintenance dessert for kids and adults  to enjoy.

Here is a Simple Homemade Watermelon Smoothie.

1/4 watermelon
1/2 pineapple(optional)

In your smoothie machine add  watermelon seeds removed already and pineapple . Blend both till smooth, Serve cool. Yummy!!!. Always stay Healthy.
